Countdown Days stores birthdays, anniversaries, exams, paydays and other important dates and shows “N days to go”, “N days since” or “today” for each one. Every entry has a name, a date and a Repeat yearly switch; recurring entries advance to the next anniversary once they pass, while one-off entries keep their original date and go on showing how long ago they were. The data is stored in the current browser's local storage.

1. 01Click Add a date, enter a name of no more than 30 characters and choose the target date.
2. 02Turn on Repeat yearly for birthdays and anniversaries; leave it off for a one-off exam or deadline.
3. 03After saving, read the target date and the remaining or elapsed days on the card.
4. 04Hover or open an entry to edit or delete it; the list puts the nearest upcoming date first.

• The target date may be in the past; a non-repeating entry keeps showing the elapsed days.
• Repeat yearly advances by month and day only; no monthly or weekly recurrence is supported.
• A yearly repeat on 29 February is treated as 28 February in non-leap years.
• Entries live in localStorage; clearing this site's browser data, changing browser or changing device does not sync them automatically.
• What it does not do: it sends no system notifications, writes nothing to a calendar and does not compute working days.

Names and dates are kept only in the current browser's local storage and are not uploaded to a server; clearing the site data removes those entries as well.
