The full-screen clock refreshes roughly every 200 ms from the browser's local Date, and supports 12- and 24-hour formats, seconds, light and dark themes and a digit flip animation. It can go full screen through the Fullscreen API and tries to hold a Wake Lock so the screen does not switch itself off while it is on.
