Batch Watermark overlays the same watermark on a set of images: text (defaulting to “Internal use only”) or an uploaded logo, placed in one of the nine grid positions or tiled diagonally across the whole image with odd and even rows offset. The font size and logo width are computed as a percentage of each image's own width, so the watermark keeps the same proportion on landscape and portrait, large and small images. Processing happens locally in the browser and images are never uploaded.

It differs from the workbench's “Image Watermark”: there the watermark is a draggable layer suited to tuning one image by hand, while here there is no dragging — the parameters are set once and applied to every image.

No. The font size and logo size are both converted from each image's own width, so the visual proportion is consistent.
Adjust “Tile density”: 1.5 is the densest and 6 the sparsest. Longer text also widens the horizontal spacing, so the font size can be reduced a little.
A JPG is re-encoded at quality 0.92, so the size usually changes slightly; use “Image Compress” when you need to control it.
The images and the logo are read and composited locally in the browser on a canvas and are never uploaded to any server; they are released from memory when the page is closed.
