Delete PDF Pages strips the pages you do not want — a blank back side, an inserted advert, the spare sheet a scanner added — out of a PDF and hands back a fresh file. It is one action inside the “PDF Page Organizer” panel: deleting only affects the thumbnail arrangement, the original file on disk is never touched, and when you click “Export current arrangement” the dropped pages are simply not copied into the new document, which is why the result is usually smaller.

If you only need to keep a couple of pages and delete dozens, turn the job around and click the pages you want with “PDF Extract Pages” instead — it is quicker.

1. 01Open the PDFadd the file, then click it in the list on the left; every page appears as a thumbnail in the middle area, numbered along the bottom.
2. 02Pick a way to deletefor a single page, hover the thumbnail and click the bin icon in its top-right corner; for several, click to select them first (hold Shift to select a run of pages), then use “Delete” in the top toolbar or “Delete selected pages” on the right.
3. 03Check the arrangementdeleted pages vanish from the grid at once and the toolbar's “N pages total” count falls; if you removed the wrong one, “Reset to original arrangement” brings everything back (note that this also undoes rotations, reordering and any other change).
4. 04Exportclick “Export current arrangement” to download <original-name>_organized.pdf.

Accepted input

standard PDFs; an encrypted file cannot be exported even after you type the open password — remove the password with “PDF Unlock” first

What is deleted

only the pages of the file currently selected; you are deleting arrangement entries, the original file's bytes never change, and only the export makes the deletion real

File size

dropped pages are not written into the new file, but fonts and images shared with surviving pages stay behind, so the size does not always fall in proportion to the page count

Side effects

the export is a new document, so the original bookmarks and document properties are not carried over

What it does not do

it does not detect blank pages by looking at their content, does not remove a single element inside a page (for watermarks or blacking out, use “PDF Redact”), and does not split a file into several (use “PDF Split”)

Deleting and exporting both run inside your browser; the PDF never leaves your device.
